All the call may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes and we charge per hour on site at the quoted price. Minimum one hour labour charge applies once the engineer attend the site.

 

Note: All the material used for callout will be charged separately, The hours labour or an attendance fee will also apply if the engineer attends the site and are turned away due to the problem being sorted or with no prior notice.

 

The VAT will be applied to the full price of all jobs, all the prices quoted are subject to a site survey.

 

Estimate or quotes are given over the phone are based on customer’s description of required works. Given estimates or quotes are subject to site survey by an engineer sourced from First Call Emergency Services Ltd.

 

On agreeing upon our quote or quotes and given go ahead to complete the work by a debit or credit card, you are agreeing to complete the job and to pay for any subsequent materials. If additional works are required once the engineer has attended the site, the first attendance of engineer is chargeable otherwise this is no obligation to continue with the job. If the price of the job stays the same as the original quotation and you choose to cancel, any materials ordered prior to receiving your cancellation will need to be paid in full. If any subsequent materials may require to complete the job, you will need to put down the deposit.

 

To secure the booking Debit or Credit Card will be obtained while booking a job.
